The request came directly from organisations working in the field, particularly specialist care homes (Maisons d’Accueil Spécialisées, or MAS), which are facing a growing challenge: how to continue providing care if Imago DU becomes temporarily unavailable?
Whether it’s a network outage, hosting failure or electrical malfunction, the unavailability of business software must never prevent access to vital information related to care, treatment and personalised project monitoring.
In a largely paperless environment, where paper has been replaced by computerised user files, having a backup solution has become essential for service continuity.
Evolucare’s answer: Imago Duplicata
With Imago Duplicata, we have designed a secure and automated replication system, designed to meet the daily requirements of establishments. In concrete terms, it is a tool that performs, at a configurable frequency (every night or several times a day), a complete copy of the data and the Imago DU application on a local PC or an internal server within the establishment.
In the event of a technical incident, Imago Duplicata takes over: professionals can view the software data in read-only mode, without needing an internet connection or access to the main hosting server. All essential elements are accessible:
- Complete user files
- Agenda and activity schedule
- Care and treatment plan
- Targeted communications
- Logbook
Please note: EDM documents are not accessible in this mode.
Even if the last synchronisation cannot be performed, the last history remains available, ensuring access to critical information.
