In a context of rapid transformation of the health sector, artificial intelligence (AI) is emerging as a strategic opportunity to improve care, support professionals and make processes more reliable.

At Evolucare, AI is not a gimmicky innovation. It is conceived as a structuring tool, transversal to our solutions and aligned with an ethical, pragmatic and responsible vision of care.

An AI at the service of professionals, in the field

The major challenge of AI in healthcare is to save time without ever sacrificing the reliability or security of decisions.
At Evolucare, our solutions now integrate directly useful AI functionalities in several business contexts.

In an hospital, generative AI makes it possible, for example, to:

  • Summarise a patient’s stay based on reports and transmissions,
  • Automatically generate liaison letters,
  • Rewrite or simplify a text in easy-to-read mode.

In the social caresector, the same technology can summarise user support or clarify complex personalised projects for teams, relatives or the user themselves.

In critical care, AI offers contextualised recommendations and facilitates the generation of anaesthetic reports and the planning of operating theatres.

Thanks to a unique icon integrated into our software interfaces, each professional can access the AI with a single click, in an intuitive, fluid and secure manner.

A structured AI strategy

The AI at Evolucare is supported by a cross-functional task force combining product experts, AI engineers, quality and cybersecurity. This organisation aims to:

  • Designing concrete use cases,
  • Standardising AI practices internally,
  • Anticipating regulatory developments, including the AI Act (RIA),
  • Building tools aligned with our values: innovation, excellence, ethics.

The NLP, the beating heart of IA Evolucare

NLP (Natural Language Processing) is a pillar of this approach. It enables the structuring, summarising and reformulation of information from medical or medico-social texts.

It is this technology that enables a doctor, healthcare professional or educator to summarise a complex file in a few seconds, without having to manually search for the right information.

Natural language processing (NLP) transforms textual data into levers for action. It allows carers to get to the heart of the matter, without ever losing sight of the clinical or human aspect.

Transparency, acceptability and control

Because trust is essential, Evolucare systematically informs its users when information is generated by AI. The interface also allows the user to understand the logic of the model, step by step.
We have also integrated RIA evaluation into our quality process, adapting our QMS to European requirements.

A multi-context, multi-product range AI

One of Evolucare’s great strengths is that it covers numerous healthcare professions through complementary solutions:

Our AI is designed to be modular and contextual, i.e. capable of adapting to the profession, vocabulary and usage. The user does not need to configure or explain: the tool ‘understands’ the context and adjusts its behaviour.

A useful AI, today and tomorrow

Artificial intelligence at Evolucare is not a promise. It is already in action. And tomorrow, it will be even more so, particularly with the Copilot experiment for our employees, the expansion of use cases, and support for organisations in the evolution of their practices.

Conclusion

At Evolucare, we have chosen useful, responsible, transparent and co-constructed AI. AI that respects the work of professionals and values their expertise, rather than replacing it.
