Pauline Courseaux joined Evolucare on January 8, 2024, and is a content creator with a unique background.

From high school onwards, she developed a passion for audiovisual media, a field she explored through a high school diploma with a focus on cinema, followed by a BTS (advanced vocational training certificate) in audiovisual media specializing in editing and post-production. This training enabled her to take her first steps at France Télévisions, where she worked as an editor for the Journal Télévisé, traveling to different regions of France.

At Evolucare, I found an opportunity to combine all my skills, from media training to video content creation. What attracted me was the creation of a position where everything was to be done, a real challenge that I was ready to take on.

Pauline quickly gained solid experience in editing news reports before turning to journalism. A two-year career change program at local television station 8 Mont-Blanc in Annecy allowed her to try her hand at several aspects of the profession: writing, filming, and editing. “What I liked was the variety of tasks and the opportunity to be both in the field and in post-production,” says Pauline.

A shift towards communication and media training

Returning to her native region of Picardy marked a turning point in Pauline’s career, as she and her partner launched an audiovisual production company: “We worked for institutions and companies such as Amiens Métropole. The aim was to support them in developing their video communication at a time when this format was becoming increasingly important“. However, the COVID-19 pandemic brought these projects to a halt, and Pauline shifted her focus to institutional communication, spending a year as Community Manager at the Somme Departmental Council.

It is this versatility that led him to Evolucare.

Supporting Evolucare employees through media training

Today, Pauline is fully dedicated to her role within the group, which she describes as particularly stimulating.

Media training is essential to help employees communicate better, both internally and externally, and above all to feel comfortable in front of the camera. This involves training in the use of audiovisual media, but also work on image management and public speaking“. Her approach is above all practical and creative: “Video is a format that allows you to convey a lot in a simple and impactful way. I like to play with new technologies such as artificial intelligence, which offers endless possibilities to make each piece of content unique and creative.

A passion for video and innovation

What motivates Pauline above all else is the pleasure of creating: “Video is a medium that allows you to unleash your creativity and never be repetitive. Every day, I can invent something new.”

With her experience, Pauline is convinced that video and content creation are essential tools for strengthening Evolucare’s image and impact, both internally and externally. By contributing her skills and fresh, critical perspective, she plays an active role in the Group’s development and in highlighting each individual’s strengths.
