A true Swiss Army knife, always eager to learn new skills, Pascale values collaborative efficiency above all else: a look back at a career that has been both diverse and harmonious.
In 2016, Pascale joined Evolucare as a training assistant. Thanks to her unusual career path, she has acquired a wide range of skills in various fields.
After working in programming and accounting, Pascale decided to change direction and spent more than 20 years as a project manager in the field of social and professional integration for young people. Always keen to expand her knowledge, Pascale trained in mind mapping, management tool design, labor law, and the legal aspects of corporate training.
It was therefore a natural progression for Pascale to move into the role of deployment assistant two years ago, juggling planning, internal training, and process implementation. As for many of us, the health crisis has had a major impact on the deployment department. Indeed, it was necessary to set up management charts in order to postpone and reschedule all services.
Thanks to their collaborative efforts, Pascale and her team were able to adapt by offering remote training courses and reassure both clients and trainers about this new method, which they were unfamiliar with. However, the crisis has not stopped Pascale and her team, who are already working on obtaining Qualiopi** certification so that our clients can continue to receive funded training. Unlike Datadock*** certification, “Qualiopi is a certification, so it’s everyone’s business in the company.”
