At Evolucare, the 2IC team (Installation Client Integration) is much more than technical support. It is a central actor in the value chain, responsible for the proper implementation of our digital solutions in healthcare facilities.
At every stage — installation, integration, configuration, coordination — 2IC technicians and coordinators support clients with expertise, responsiveness, and clear explanations.
Their mission is to ensure a smooth and secure adoption of Evolucare’s software, while guaranteeing its proper integration into existing information systems. The team works closely with deployment project managers, business consultants, R&D teams, sales administration, and support teams, to orchestrate the technical implementation from start to finish.
A multi-context expertise
Each team member develops strong knowledge of healthcare and medico-social environments. This versatility enables them to adapt to the specific requirements of each client site, anticipate technical constraints such as interoperability, system architecture, and security, and propose practical, tailored solutions.
The 2IC team acts as a human and technical interface between Evolucare and its clients, ensuring consistency and reliability throughout deployment projects.
A progressive and rewarding career path
All careers within the 2IC team begin with a technician role. In this position, employees learn the tools, field constraints, and client needs. Over time, they can evolve toward coordinator positions, where project oversight, client relationships, and cross-team coordination become central responsibilities.

- After one year, technicians typically become autonomous in managing installations.
- After two years, they are able to understand functional interdependencies between software solutions and anticipate critical issues.
