Solidarity actions that bring people together and inspire
Social responsibility is an integral part of Evolucare’s corporate culture. In 2025, several initiatives helped transform this commitment into concrete, unifying actions. Throughout the year, Evolucare employees rallied behind Les Blouses Roses, an association that brings comfort to hospitalised children and elderly people in nursing homes.
This social and societal commitment officially ended on Thursday 18 December, during a meeting organised at the association’s headquarters in Paris, with the presentation of a cheque for €35,000, the result of the collective efforts of Evolucare’s employees, agencies and partners in 2025.
Local initiatives that build connections
Throughout the year, several local initiatives benefiting the association’s neighbourhood committees marked the teams’ commitment: In Villers-Bretonneux, an Easter egg hunt brought employees and their families together in a warm atmosphere.
In the Bron, Caen and Nomexy branches, a raffle and collection boxes in local shops raised funds while raising public awareness of the Blouses Roses cause.
With the “Km For Change” challenge, the commitment took on a national and international dimension! Everyone was able to contribute in their own way, by walking, running or cycling, wherever they were. Each kilometre covered was converted into a donation for the association, illustrating the powerful impact of the collective effort.
Small gestures with big effects
Employee engagement also took the form of charity collections: school supplies, soft toys, wool, glass jars… All kinds of everyday items were collected and recycled to support the work of local Blouses Roses committees.
Thanks to a partnership with Carrefour, this initiative gained momentum, enabling the collection to be expanded and its impact to be strengthened.
Skills-based sponsorship: a lever for social engagement
At Evolucare, expertise also becomes a vehicle for solidarity. Lauranne Peyron, Information Systems Security Manager, has led several cybersecurity awareness webinars for Blouses Roses volunteers. This useful and humane initiative has trained more than 300 participants, while clearly and kindly sharing best practices.
Our ecosystem is also getting involved! Aurélie Wilmot, a nurse in a nursing home and wife of one of our employees, led a sensory workshop for volunteers in Amiens. This introduction to the Snoezelen method allowed participants to discover new ways of communicating with and stimulating the people they care for. The workshop provided a wonderful opportunity for sharing and relaxation, and also inspired volunteers with new ideas for activities.
« A moment full of ideas and kindness, which inspires us to develop new activities for children and residents in nursing homes.» Estelle Amador, Volunteer
A long-term dynamic
Whether sporting, social or charitable, all these actions reflect the same collective spirit: working together, strengthening ties and giving meaning to our commitment.
The presentation of the cheque for €35,000 symbolises the culmination of a year of action, but above all the strength of a shared commitment, faithful to the values upheld by Pact4all.
Every initiative, every step, every donation continues to fuel Evolucare’s social and societal impact, today and tomorrow.
