In line with its mission to become a pan-European leader in digital healthcare services, Evolucare is accelerating its international development strategy. Thanks to the complementary expertise within the GPI Group, the group now equips healthcare facilities in some fifteen countries, with particularly strong momentum on the African continent.
Africa, a land of opportunities for digital health
Africa is at the forefront of our international development. Our solutions are being deployed in leading institutions, with flagship projects underway in several countries:
- Cameroon: At the General Hospital in Douala, the Evolucare Imaging solution is currently being rolled out.
- Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC): At the Monkole Hospital Centre (Kinshasa), we are rolling out Evolucare Imaging, HopitalWeb and the laboratory. This project includes a partnership with Enovacom to ensure system interoperability.
- Republic of Congo (Congo Brazzaville): Djiri General Hospital (Brazzaville) is equipping itself with HopitalWeb with the GAP and DPI modules.
- Ivory Coast: HopitalWeb is currently being implemented at the Emy Polyclinic in Abidjan.
- Burkina Faso: At the Notre Dame de la Paix Clinic in Ouagadougou, the project combines Evolucare Imaging, HopitalWeb and WEBLAB (Tesi, a GPI subsidiary).
- Mauritius: the private group C-Care is implementing SAVE Oproom, our solution dedicated to operating theatres.
- Togo: WEBLAB by Tesi is currently being rolled out there.

These facilities are in addition to those already in place, including: the Dominique Ouattara Mother and Child Hospital and the PISAM Polyclinic in Côte d’Ivoire, the La Cathédrale Medical Centre, the Garoua Hospital and the CIMD Imaging Centre in Cameroon, the Ilafy Polyclinic in Madagascar, the Dr Chambrier Polyclinic in Gabon, and the Alouia Polyclinic in Algeria.
These projects perfectly illustrate our ability to offer solutions tailored to diverse local contexts, in compliance with international standards and field requirements.
Middle East, Asia, South America: Evolucare solutions on many continents
Thanks to our international teams and partners, we have been able to deploy benchmark solutions in institutions located in many countries, in addition to our activities in Africa, for example:
- to Notre Dame du Liban and Jabel Amel Hospital in Lebanon,
- to Trinity Medical Imaging Centre in Hong Kong,
- to Carlos van Buren Hospital and Eduardo Periera Hospital in Chile.
A comprehensive offering thanks to synergies with GPI
Integration into the GPI Group strengthens our ability to offer a comprehensive range of products and services, combining hospital information systems, medical technology solutions and critical care platforms. This synergy is reflected in our joint efforts with local partners in Mexico, Italy, Latin America, the Middle East and Europe.
Thanks to this collaboration, Evolucare is able to tailor its offerings to the specific characteristics of each region, while maintaining a unified and consistent approach.
Strategic management by the international team
At the heart of this dynamic is Hadi Zarzour, Head of International Markets. He is supported by Mehdi Lachachi, Project Manager, and Xiaohui Jiang, Presales Asia. The team’s mission is to coordinate the joint commercial strategy with GPI, working closely with the marketing, product, R&D, and deployment teams:

- Pre-sales development with subsidiaries
- Development of a shared commercial strategy
- Communication of requirements to product and deployment teams
