Evolucare and FEHAP: a collaboration in the service of digital transformation in healthcare
Evolucare is a key partner of FEHAP establishments, collaborating with more than 3,500 associations representing nearly 60% of its clients, a significant proportion of which are affiliated with the federation. With its integrated solutions, ranging from sanitary facilities to imaging, critical care and medico-social care, Evolucare supports these establishments in their digital challenges.
Gauthier Frandon, commercial director, looks back at the group’s recent successes and projects.
Evolucare recently reached an important milestone with the launch of a new full web EHR solution. What can you tell us about it?
Gauthier Frandon: Our new WebHospital software is already being used by several dozen establishments with a high level of satisfaction. The aim is to offer a complete web suite, with improved technological, ergonomic and functional performance, in order to meet the growing demands of the healthcare sector by centralising essential tools in a single interface.
It is important to point out that, as the market leader, we continue to maintain and develop Osiris. This means that our customers can switch to HopitalWeb as part of their maintenance contract whenever they feel is most appropriate, depending on their type of use, their internal constraints, etc.
Furthermore, we are proud to be the first publisher to have validated all the tests necessary for Ségur wave 2 referencing on the PFI corridor with Osiris. HopitalWeb will also benefit from this shortly.
The french Ségur Vague 2 programme also covers the field of medical imaging. What progress has been made with Evolucare?
G.F. : Our imaging range, supported by our integrated RIS-PACS solution, has become the industry standard. Entirely web-based, it offers innovative tools such as artificial intelligence, mobile access and a patient portal, optimising team productivity and quality of care.
The pre-publications of the Wave 2 texts have just been published for RIS V2 and DRIMBox, which we presented at the JFR. Our teams are therefore fully mobilised to ensure that we are ready, just as we were for Wave 1.
Evolucare also offers critical care solutions. How do they differ?
G.F. : As critical care specialists, we are the only ones to cover the full spectrum (block management, anaesthesia and resuscitation records), which makes us uniquely positioned as an integrated critical care solution.
Developed with clinicians, it guarantees a smooth continuity between services and meets the various needs of establishments.
This is why many FEHAP hospitals have chosen our solutions, convinced by their ability to cover the entire patient pathway, from preparation at home to post-operative recovery.
Evolucare also excels in medical and social care services. What are your recent developments in this sector?
G.F. : Evolucare has been addressing the social care market since its inception. In recent years, Imago DU has become a leader in the ESSMS market, particularly in the field of disability, where it has been chosen for more than 50% of the ESMS Numérique programme contracts. We are working on a single solution that will unify the needs of disability, child protection, Reception, Accommodation and Integration services and the elderly.
With its high-performance ranges centred on the needs of users, Evolucare confirms its position as a key player in the digital transformation of healthcare.
