Engaged in a process of professionalizing its practices, ASLD 41 chose Imago DU to support the digitalization of its AHI (Social Housing and Integration) and PDE (Child Protection) facilities.

A project carried out hand-in-hand with Evolucare teams, in a spirit of co-construction.

An association strongly rooted in Loir-et-Cher

Created in 2007, the Association d’Accueil de Soutien et de Lutte contre les Détresses (ASLD 41) brings together around ten social and medico-social structures in Loir-et-Cher. It works with highly precarious populations: women with children, young adults, asylum seekers, people on migratory journeys, in accommodation centers, family boarding houses, or housing support schemes.

With approximately 118 professionals mobilized around the same mission – supporting the integration and autonomy of these populations (2342 people supported) – the association undertook the complete computerization of its practices in 2024. (2024 figures)

ASLD 41 (Association for Reception, Support and Fight against Distress) operates in Loir-et-Cher to support vulnerable people. Its facilities cover child protection, social accommodation, migratory pathways, family boarding houses, and medico-social care.

Why Imago DU? A response adapted to the diversity of social professions

GDPR compliance, simplified monitoring, improved continuity of care… there were multiple motivations for initiating this computerization project. For ASLD 41, the main goals were to professionalize practices, better structure interventions for very diverse publics, and secure data within a demanding regulatory framework.

This project was managed entirely by Élise Rilly, Deputy General Director of ASLD 41, who was also the DUI project manager. In this dual capacity, she ensured overall coordination, definition of business needs, animation of steering committees, and mobilization of professionals around this digital transformation. As the project’s conductor, she played a key role in drafting the specifications, selecting the provider, and driving the change dynamic within the facilities.

We chose Imago DU to harmonize our practices and secure our data, but above all because it is a co-constructed tool, designed with and for social professionals.

The association chose Imago DU for its flexibility, its ergonomics, and especially its logic of co-construction with field actors. This was an essential dimension to guarantee team adoption and the functional relevance of the tool in daily use.

A structured project supported step by step

From the start, the association’s teams set up a multidisciplinary steering committee (COPIL), including managers, social workers, and administrative staff. This COPIL ensured regular monitoring, with the goal of reaching the usage targets set within the framework of the ESMS Numérique program.

The first meetings took place in May 2024, followed by audits in September and user training starting in January 2025. The deployment of the three pilot establishments, covering varied activities (asylum application, medical, accommodation), was designed to guarantee maximum representativeness.

  • Deployment was fluid, with strong management involvement. User feedback is very positive; adoption was quick.

An exemplary co-construction between ASLD 41 and Evolucare

At the heart of the project’s success was close collaboration between the association and the Evolucare teams: parameter settings, working meetings, functional adjustments… Both parties worked together to adapt the DUI (Unique User File) to the specific needs of AHI and PDE structures.

Co-constructed modules include:

  • “Household” view and housing component for global monitoring of support
  • Budget monitoring for supported individuals
  • Specific fields for asylum applications, such as the date of filing at the prefecture

These adaptations allowed the association to professionalize its practices and better meet the expectations of its partners (judges, schools, institutions, etc.).

Supporting change and fostering adoption

The project’s success also relies on a carefully thought-out team support strategy:

  • Information on project progress via an internal newsletter after each COPIL meeting
  • Establishment of DUI referents in each service
  • Strong involvement of department heads as ambassadors
  • Prioritization of functionalities for progressive appropriation

Result: practices mastered within the first three weeks, growing autonomy in parameter setting, and a dynamic of skills transfer between teams.

Concrete benefits on the ground

Imago DU facilitated communication, ensured better responsiveness during on-call duties, and reduced errors related to user monitoring. All information is now accessible “in one click,” strengthening the continuity of care pathways.

The project also led to a beneficial questioning of professional practices, particularly regarding the relevance of the data retained.

Evolucare Analytics and document editing: strategic tools

Trained in Evolucare Analytics, ASLD 41’s management teams now have a real lever for steering their activities. Thanks to this module, they can generate tailor-made dashboards to meet the requirements of the ESMS Numérique program. This structured use of data was accompanied by close support from Evolucare experts, who co-constructed the most relevant queries with the association based on their operational needs.

Beyond analytics, another tool proved particularly valuable in the daily life of professionals: the personalized document editing module. Natively integrated into Imago DU, it allows the automatic generation of numerous administrative, legal, or associative documents, using data already entered in the user file.

« We configured templates for accommodation certificates, image rights authorizations, or certain support-related letters. With one click, the fields are pre-filled, and the document is ready to be printed or sent. It’s a huge time saver.»
— Élise Rilly

This automation not only makes information more reliable (limiting data entry errors, ensuring up-to-date data) but, above all, frees up valuable time for field teams, who can concentrate on their support mission rather than administrative production.

In practical terms, each institution can create its own Word templates (certificates, internal forms, standard letters, etc.), link them to variables from the DUI (identity, accommodation, support, measures in progress, etc.), and generate them on the fly from the user interface.

This system also promotes harmonisation of practices between departments: all documents distributed externally (to judges, schools, prefectures or institutional partners) comply with the same document charter, thus ensuring consistency and professionalism in communication.

And tomorrow? Imago Mobile in sight

With significant activity at people’s homes, ASLD 41 has high expectations for Imago Mobile, currently in the pilot phase on other sites. The goal? To allow professionals to access files in mobile situations, without necessarily needing a laptop.

Conclusion: towards a better quality of support

« This project has enabled a real increase in team skills. It gives a professional image of our association and fully meets our ambitions for quality and data security. »

— Élise Rilly

Through this project, Evolucare confirms that its Imago DU solution adapts perfectly to the realities of the field in the AHI and PDE sectors, by placing humanity, listening, and co-construction at the heart of its approach.
