Immersion with Blouses Roses
Bringing comfort, breaking isolation, offering a sincere smile: these are the missions carried out every week by the Blouses Roses d’Amiens with the residents of the EHPAD Saint-Victor. Much more than simple visits, these moments become interludes of joy, listening and creativity.
In Amiens, the association has 50 volunteers. In Saint-Victor, there are 6 of them, and their commitment extends far and wide. Every Monday afternoon, they come together to offer a variety of workshops and forge links with the elderly.
The strength of these encounters lies above all in their human warmth and regularity. The residents look forward to these visits, aware of the importance of these exchanges in their daily lives.
Activities are designed to stimulate creativity and encourage interaction. Painting, puzzles, board games or seasonal workshops: everything is set up to give rhythm and awaken interest. High points in the year, such as Christmas or Easter, also become special occasions when themed creations take over the corridors of the facility.

As well as providing entertainment, these exchanges also enable us to listen to life stories, offer a reassuring presence and value residents’ words. The relationship that develops over time becomes precious, both for the volunteers and for the elderly.
To make all this possible, Blouses Roses relies on the support of numerous partners and donors. The necessary equipment – paintbrushes, paints, adapted games, books or audio equipment – is financed thanks to the generosity of the community.
As one of the volunteers explains: “We buy equipment for listening to music, consumables for manual activities, books, games… We always try to bring something new to the table.”
Businesses also play a decisive role. Their support not only contributes to financing, but also helps raise the association’s profile and recruit new volunteers.
« The companies that get involved enable us to become better known, to make our action better known and eventually to have more volunteers join us. The need is still great, especially in EHPAD » – Annick Vauchel
At Evolucare, we believe that health goes beyond technical care. That’s why, through our #Pact4all program, we have chosen to support the national association Les Blouses Roses, as well as the local committees linked to our branches. This partnership embodies our desire to act locally, while promoting solidarity and inclusion.
In addition, our KmForChange initiative mobilizes all our employees around a common goal: to transform every kilometer driven into a donation to support these essential actions. A simple and engaging way to combine health, team-building and positive social impact.
Every smile shared at Saint-Victor is a small step towards a more humane and welcoming daily life. Thanks to the involvement of the Blouses Roses and the support of all, these moments of listening and creativity will continue to exist, week after week.
We are proud to support these men and women who, through their presence and generosity, warm hearts and restore life where it sometimes seems to fade away.
