Alexis Carbonnet joined Evolucare in 2019 as a trainer for the Osiris software and embodies the progressive evolution within the group. A nurse by training, he first worked in the field before discovering, almost by chance, the world of digital health.
After supporting numerous deployments on the Osiris EHR system, Alexis then participated in the implementation of the core services of the Ségur numérique digital platform, before joining the HopitalWeb project, Evolucare’s fully web-based solution dedicated to healthcare institutions.
Now a project manager, he gets involved as soon as the contract is signed to plan and coordinate deployment: technical and functional audits, configuration, training and support for teams.
Our mission is to ensure that every institution adopts the solution under the best possible conditions, whether it is a migration or a new customer.
Alexis now manages EHR projects designed to meet real-world needs and support healthcare professionals with a unified view of patient records. Regular discussions with product teams fuel a process of continuous improvement, incorporating user feedback and changes in healthcare practices.
He highlights the transformation brought about by this new generation of HopitalWeb EHR: “The web interface changes everything. It improves ergonomics, speed and, above all, business logic. Information flows more easily and the screens are designed to support each stage of the patient’s journey.” This approach promotes coordination between departments and simplifies the daily lives of professionals, reinforcing continuity of care.
For Alexis, the future of EHRs lies in the enhanced integration of the various tools in the hospital information system, the contribution of AI to everyday use, and the ability of solutions to adapt to the specific needs of institutions. These developments will make it possible to offer even more consistent, intuitive and efficient environments.
