On the Guérande peninsula, the Association Jeunesse et Avenir (AJA) recently took a major step towards digitising its practices by deploying the Imago DU solution across all its establishments. This project was carried out in partnership with EXEIS Conseil, as part of a strategic project management support package.
A solution aligned with needs on the ground Imago DU has emerged as the most appropriate response to AJA’s specific requirements. Co-constructed with professionals in the sector, this intuitive, ergonomic software facilitates the coordination of users’ care pathways while guaranteeing compliance with the requirements of the Ségur numérique programme.
Concrete, measurable results
Thanks to rigorous project management and strong mobilisation of the teams:
- The solution was deployed smoothly in all establishments
- All professionals were trained to ensure sustainable adoption
- Usage targets were met within the timeframe set and validated by ARS Pays de la Loire (regional healthcare agency)
