Cédric joined the Group this summer. He was immediately immersed—and in record time—in Evolucare’s accounting system in order to support his team and bring a fresh perspective to the development of our new internal ERP system!
I am originally from the Paris region and decided to broaden my horizons and discover places on a more human scale… That’s how I ended up in Amiens, where I obtained my degrees and began my professional career at various companies such as ENEDIS and VINCI Energie.
The assignments I worked on gave me a solid foundation of knowledge in accounting and payroll, as well as in business project management. My career has taught me one thing: the importance of the human factor in the success of a project!
No matter what the challenge, the synergy between the various players must be maintained and nurtured through good communication and continuous improvement, especially when the company is growing rapidly.
In 2022, I took on a new challenge with Evolucare, which is undergoing rapid development and administrative changes with a new ERP system. My main responsibilities are to ensure the smooth flow of financial transactions in accordance with current regulations and internal rules, to manage customer collections, and, of course, to support my team in their day-to-day work through management, training, communication, and process optimization.
With a fresh perspective, I am participating in an internal project aimed at centralizing our information system around a new ERP system. My role is to configure the basic settings for the accounting system, taking into account the capabilities of the tool, the functional needs of the teams, and the objectives set by management.
After several months, the feedback has been very positive: a close-knit team that rolls up its sleeves, constructive exchanges, projects completed (electronic signature of invoices, resumption of debt collection) and, finally, the discovery of new methods.
Evolucare is dynamic and made up of women and men who are committed to doing a good job and want to help the company move forward. I feel at home there and really enjoy working in this environment. The best thing is the coffee machine (laughs)!
