Imago DU: a solid foundation for expanding our support services
For over 12 years, Evolucare Imago has been developing digital solutions dedicated to ESSMS (social and medical-social establishments and services). With over 5,000 user establishments, our Imago suite, and more specifically its User File (DU) module, is now recognized as a standard in the field of disability. But our ambition goes further: the maturity of our offering also effectively addresses the specific challenges of Accommodation, Integration and Support (AIS) and Child Protection (CP) structures, and many organizations have already put it to the test.
With the growing use of Imago DU by professionals, it was essential to develop a mobile solution. Imago Mobile helps maintain continuity in support by also involving families in monitoring users’ projects and activities. Usable outdoors and even offline, the application adapts to the realities on the ground.
This development is no accident: it is rooted in a constant process of co-construction with those working in the field. Nicolas Raulais, consultant-trainer at Evolucare and former educator, explains: “We designed Imago DU with a particular focus on the everyday realities of social workers. The modules developed for the disability sector proved to be perfectly adaptable to the needs of customer structures, provided that their specific characteristics were taken into account.”
Practical features for practical needs
In concrete terms, Imago DU integrates the key dimensions of social and educational support: monitoring of cases by household and sibling group, management of housing and emergency accommodation, personalized projects, schedules, regulatory indicator dashboards, and monitoring of placement measures, asylum applications, and situations of vulnerability. Thanks to its intuitive ergonomics and 100% web-based structure, deployment is quick and easy for teams to get started.
Beyond functional coverage, our approach is based on strong human support. Each project is monitored by social and medical-social professionals, former educators or department heads, who speak the same language as the users. “It’s this proximity that makes the difference,” emphasizes Damien Lévêque, Product Marketing Director. “It allows us to quickly establish a relationship of trust and adapt the solution to real practices in the field.”
A modular approach focused on innovation
Imago DU ne se limite pas à la gestion du dossier usager. Innovation continues with Imago Mobile. This application allows offline use in the field: calendar, transmissions, care, etc. “The goal is to extend continuity of care beyond the walls of the facility,” explains Damien Lévêque. This continuity is also supported by Imago Duplicata, a module that duplicates user files to ensure secure care and support for users.
