A collective commitment to a respectful working environment: working together to combat sexual harassment and sexist behaviour
At Evolucare, we are committed to ensuring a healthy, caring and inclusive professional culture. Sexual harassment and sexist behaviour have no place in our company.
That is why the HR team and the CSE (Evolucare’s works council) representatives on this issue have come together to set up an awareness programme that will start in early October. Find out more in the video below.

❓ What you need to know
▶️ Sexual harassment
Any behaviour with sexual connotations imposed on a person, with the effect or purpose of violating their dignity, creating an intimidating, humiliating, offensive or hostile situation.
Examples: comments about physical appearance, inappropriate propositions, sending sexual content, ambiguous gestures, insistent staring, sexual blackmail, etc.
▶️ Sexist behaviour
Behaviour or comments related to sex, creating a hostile or offensive environment.
Examples: sexist jokes, comments about appearance, unwanted familiarity.
🧭 What should you do if you are affected?
You are a victim
- Do not remain alone.
- Keep records (facts, dates, messages).
- Contact someone you trust, HR, or a CSE representative.
You are a witness
- Do not trivialise the situation.
- Listen to and support the person concerned.
- Refer them to the appropriate people.
When faced with sexist comments or inappropriate behaviour, your voice matters.
Saying that it is not acceptable is already taking action.
Every gesture and every word counts.
🤝 A culture of respect, at the heart of our CSR policy
This campaign is part of our approach to prevention, listening and action to create a working environment based on trust and safety.
