As far as future developments are concerned, Dr Giosan Nadia is planning to integrate a reception kiosk and take advantage of the Doctolib interface. This would enable online appointments, which would save considerable time for both patients and secretaries. In addition, it would enable the practice to welcome a larger patient base, particularly for replacements wishing to expand their business. The installation of a reception desk is also envisaged to compensate for staff fluctuations, offering a back-up solution and valuable assistance to medical secretaries in their day-to-day work, particularly during vacation periods.
